Exploration Field Assistant

• Roster: 8/6 dayshift only
• 10 Hour shifts
• Rate: $46.93 - $48.00 based on experience
• 3 month project - likely to be extended for the right candidate

Programmed Energy & Resources are currently seeking an experienced exploration field assistant to work at one of the largest gold mines in WA's south for a 3 month project with the likeliness to be extended for the right candidate

About the Role

Join our team as an Exploration Field Assistant and play a hands-on role in exciting field projects. You’ll support geologists and field crews by collecting samples, recording data, maintaining equipment, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations in dynamic outdoor environments. This is a core shed and field logistic support based role, offering valuable exposure to both operational and technical aspects of exploration work.

We’re looking for candidates with experience in core handling (meter marks, ORI, and a forklift ticket) who are reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience, build technical skills, and work in unique and remote locations while contributing to real discovery.

Role Requirements

• Experience with Core Handling (meter m arks, ORI)
• Full Australian drivers license REQUIRED
• Reliable vehicle/means of transport to get to and from site for each swing
• Full Australian work rights REQUIRED
• Forklift Ticket REQUIRED
